1. How can I earn CITY Cash?
You can earn CITY Cash by using CITY Pay through the CITY app to pay for food and merchandise at CITYPARK. CITY Cash is only earned on the portion of the purchase paid for with a credit or debit card, either partially or in full. CITY Cash cannot be earned on purchases made entirely with CITY Cash or ticket voucher funds.
2. Can I earn CITY Cash on purchases paid entirely with CITY Cash?
No, CITY Cash is only earned on the portion of a purchase paid with a credit or debit card. Purchases made fully with CITY Cash or ticket voucher funds do not earn additional CITY Cash.
3. How much CITY Cash will I earn on a purchase?
When you use CITY Pay, you will earn 5% back in CITY Cash on the amount paid with a credit or debit card, including tax and tip. The earned CITY Cash will be viewable in your CITY Pay Wallet within the CITY app.
4. Where can I use CITY Cash?
You can use CITY Cash to pay for food, beverages, and merchandise at official St. Louis CITY SC locations, including CITY Pavilion, CITY Goods, CITY retail outposts, and vendors within CITYPARK.
You can still earn CITY Cash at our grab-and-go Markets, but for now, it can’t be used there. CITY Cash earning is also not available at our self-serve Markets yet, but we’re working on exciting updates for the future!
5. Can CITY Cash be combined with other promotions or discounts?
Yes, CITY Cash can be combined with other promotions or discounts when making purchases at eligible locations.
6. Does CITY Cash expire?
Yes, CITY Cash expires before the first home match of the following season. For the initial launch, CITY Cash earned before the first home match of 2026 will expire in February 2026.
7. What happens if I deactivate my CITY app account?
If your CITY app account is deactivated, your CITY Cash may be forfeited. If you open a new account, CITY SC may reinstate your CITY Cash at their discretion.
8. Can I transfer my CITY Cash to someone else?
No, CITY Cash is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who earned it.
9. Can CITY Cash be used outside of CITYPARK?
No, CITY Cash can only be used at eligible locations within CITYPARK, such as team stores and food & beverage vendors.
