STORING PAYMENT IN THE CITY APP

Get ready for Matchday at CITYPARK! To ensure you have the fastest and easiest experience when paying for Food through Mobile Order Ahead or at Concessions, let's make sure you have a stored payment method in your CITY App.

How to Add a Stored Payment Method

  1. Open the CITY App.
  2. Tap on the "Menu" button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Tap the "Payments" button in the Menu.
  4. Tap the "ADD NEW PAYMENT" button
  5. Add your credit card information
  6. Tap "ADD YOUR CARD"

You're all set! You are now ready for Matchday!

How to Remove a Stored Payment Method

  1. Open the CITY App.
  2. Tap on the "Menu" button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Tap the "Payments" button in the Menu.
  4. Swipe left on the Stored Payment Method you have added already.
  5. You will be asked if you want the remove the Stored Payment Method..
  6. Confirm

TIPS

  • Make sure the credit card you add isn't expired from the month and year you plan on using it.
  • We currently support Stored Payment Methods to be used at Food Concessions and through Mobile Order Ahead, more experiences to use it for coming soon!
  • You need to have a Stored Payment Method before you use your Loaded Funds.
