Wan Kuzain Wan Kamal joins St. Louis CITY2 for the club’s inaugural 2022 season as a midfielder after spells with various clubs in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship and Major League Soccer (MLS). Wan Kuzain grew up in Carbondale, Ill. and started his youth soccer career with local academy St. Louis Scott Gallagher.
In 2016, he signed for Saint Louis FC but was loaned to their affiliate team Saint Louis FC U23 in the USL Premier Development League. The following season he was a key member of Sporting KC II, making 58 appearances and scoring four goals. Following his impressive season, Wan Kuzain signed with Sporting KC in the MLS, and scored his debut goal in only his second game with the club. Prior to joining St. Louis CITY SC 2, Wan Kuzain was a member of the Rio Grande Valley FC team.
