BLAINE, MN (August 18, 2024) - St Louis CITY2 earned three points with a 3-0 shutout against Minnesota United FC 2 at National Sports Center Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The match was scoreless entering halftime until in the second half, Ryan Becher scored in the 51st minute. Mykhi Joyner tallied his tenth goal of the season for CITY2 in the 74th minute and Matteo Kidd earned his first assist of the season. Caden Glover scored in the 87th minute to secure the 3-0 win for CITY2. The win snapped a four-match winless streak for the team. St Louis will return home next Sunday, August 25 to face North Texas SC for the third time this season.
