BURNABY, BC (June 30, 2024) - St Louis CITY2 loses on the road at Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2. The Whitecaps opened the scoring in the first half. St Louis would respond in the second half with a goal from Mykhi Joyner in the 74th minute. The goal was Joyner’s seventh of the season. Ryan Becher would earn his third assist of the season on the goal. Vancouver would then go on to score two late goals in the second half to win the game. CITY2 will return home to CITYPARK next Saturday for the first meeting of the season with LAFC2.
