St Louis CITY2 suffered their first loss of the season, falling 1-0 to Colorado Rapids 2 on Sunday night at Energizer Park. CITY2 and Rapids 2 went back and forth throughout the first half until Colorado opened the scoring right before halftime in the 45th minute. In second half play, both teams had players awarded red cards. Despite dominating Colorado with 68% ball possession and 21 shots, CITY2 fell 1-0 after 90 minutes.
