THE CITY FAN PROMISE

On matchday, and every day, our goal is to create the most inclusive, exciting and raucous fan experience in North America ā€“ all in a safe, clean and friendly environment.

The following principles represent the promise every fan makes when they attend a St. Louis CITY match.

1. BE THE BEST OF STL

We are a melting pot of people, cultures and traditions. Wear your pride for the Club on your sleeve and be the best representation of who we are as a city.

2. MAKE NEW FRIENDS

We believe a connected fanbase is a happy fanbase. Connect with the people around you and help us create a family atmosphere at the stadium. Be aware of how your behavior may affect those around you.

3. STAND UP FOR OTHERS

We believe creating an inclusive fan experience is everyoneā€™s responsibility. If you see behavior that is affecting others around you, stand up for them. We do not tolerate signs, symbols, images, language or gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability or sexual orientation.

4. SPEAK UP

We want everyone to feel welcome at a STL CITY match. If your experience is being negatively impacted by language or the behavior of other fans, speak up. Talk to a Guest Experience Team Member near you or text 314.907.3787 about the issue. Weā€™re here for you.

5. BRING THE NOISE

We need you on our side. Youā€™re the 12th man. The atmosphere we create in the stadium will set the tone for the season so have fun, be loud vocally, and bring the noise without using noisemakers like whistles and horns. Letā€™s create something special.

6. STAY SAFE

Observe the CITYPARK Rules and Regulations. Follow the instructions of CITYPARK Staff regarding Rules and Regulations and emergency response procedures. Consume alcohol in a responsible manner. Do not smoke, including e-cigarettes. Do not throw objects.
