It has been nearly two years since the start of the record-breaking season ticket deposit campaign for St Louis CITY SC. Now, the moment that all 60,000+ season ticket depositors have been waiting for has finally arrived: General Reserved seats officially go on-sale Wednesday, May 18. Here’s all the insider info on everything you need to know about General Reserved season tickets.
It was just announced that tickets are going on sale soon, so how do I know if I will qualify for General Reserved season tickets for the inaugural 2023 season?
Here’s the scoop – we just kicked off the first round of reaching out to General Reserved season-ticket depositors. Everyone we reach out to right now has the chance to set up an appointment, virtual or in-person, on May 18 or after. We will continue to give access to appointments in stages until there are no longer season tickets available, so keep an eye out for an email from your personal account executive to set up your appointment. 👀
If I’m not contacted before tickets go on sale on May 18, does that mean I won’t be able to purchase season tickets for General Reserved seats?
Everyone who hasn’t heard from your ticket rep yet can take a deep breath, there’s still hope for you! Although we have officially begun the first stage of reaching out to season ticket depositors, the seat selection process does not officially begin until May 18. Once seat selection begins and the initial round of appointments is complete, we will continue to reach out in phases in order of timestamps.
I’m locked in to get season tickets, so now how do I select my seats?
After an overwhelming amount of support during our record-breaking season ticket deposit campaign and a long-anticipated wait to select seats, we wanted to make sure we were able to do something special for our fans.
Starting on May 18, we will host General Reserved season-ticket depositors at Centene Stadium in an intimate seat selection process which will allow them the chance to tour our stadium and purchase their seat(s) in person. This experience also allows fans the chance to see views from various spots within the stadium. Additionally, there will be an option for virtual appointments for those who are unable to attend the stadium site.
What are the price options for General Reserved season tickets?
The price of tickets is something we’ve been approached very deliberately and we’re proud of the options that we have to offer all CITY fans. It was important to our team to make our matches accessible while being mindful of the incredible demand for tickets. Our ticket strategy captures a wide range of prices, with options starting as low as $20 per match (depending on location). All season ticket holders will have the option to purchase their tickets through a monthly payment plan.
In addition to season tickets, St Louis CITY SC will make a select number of discounted or no-cost tickets available to youth sports organizations, school, nonprofits, startups, small businesses and other local heroes. We’ll also put aside a limited number of single-match tickets for each home game available for purchase.
In addition to season tickets...
So, you’re ready to buy tickets, but now you need to know what you’re getting yourself into?? Don’t worry, we’ve got options for you – whether you want in on the fun for one year or three years. Throughout this process, it has always been important to provide options for our fans. But, of course, there will be perks and benefits to making a multi-year commitment, including a discount in price.
What happens to my deposit if I am unable to purchase season tickets?
If you’re not able to purchase season tickets for the inaugural season, we’ve got you covered with some options. Deposit holders will have the choice to convert their deposit to join the CITY membership program or be refunded their deposit. The membership program will keep you in line to receive first notification of opportunities to purchase season or limited single-match tickets and other benefits. If you’re curious about the program, feel free to reach out to your personal account executive or send your questions to tickets@stlcitysc.com for a sneak peek before it officially launches later this year.
When will single-match tickets go on sale?
We’ve put aside a select number of single-match tickets that will go on sale early next year. We can’t wait to see you at Centene Stadium!
