CITY2 will travel to Phoenix, Arizona from February 14-22
St Louis CITY2 announced their 2025 preseason schedule, featuring a nine-day training camp in Phoenix, Arizona. CITY2 kicks off the 2025 preseason with the mandatory start date on January 25 in St. Louis and plays their first preseason friendly at home against Saint Louis University on February 12 before flying out to Phoenix, Arizona on February 14.
CITY2 will play two matches in Phoenix, taking on Grand Canyon University on February 16 and USL Championship club Phoenix Rising on February 22. CITY2 returns to St. Louis after the match against Phoenix Rising and will host Missouri State University at home to conclude their preseason matches.
Two CITY2 contracted players, Brendan McSorley and Cam Cilley are currently with the first team in their preseason camp in Florida and will miss the official start of CITY2’s preseason training. Following the first team’s Florida camp, St. Louis will decide how many of the CITY2, draft picks and Homegrowns will continue onto the second camp in California or join CITY2’s preseason preparations.
