Welcome to CITY Moments, a unique feature of the St. Louis CITY SC app that allows fans to have their photo taken at events, access these photos within the app, and possibly feature in St. Louis CITY SC's public-facing digital channels and experiences. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CITY Moments.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CITY Moments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use CITY Moments.

3. Use of CITY Moments
CITY Moments is provided solely for your personal use as deemed appropriate by St. Louis CITY SC. You agree not to misuse the CITY Moments service or help anyone else do so.

4. User Content
You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you share within CITY Moments. By sharing your content, you grant St. Louis CITY SC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, display, and perform your content and photos/pictures in connection with the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the service; (iii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.

6. Modifications to Terms
St. Louis CITY SC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. You may be notified of any changes through the app or via email.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
St. Louis CITY SC provides the CITY Moments "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. St. Louis CITY SC specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
