Coming off strong performances from last weekend, St. Louis CITY SC Academy teams took the pitch this weekend put on another round of standout performances, with the Academy teams posting an overall 5-0-0 record.
U-15s pour in seven goals in commanding victory
Nothing could stop the U-15s this weekend in their 7-2 rout of Indiana Fire Academy this weekend. Stone Marion (3), Lorenzo Cornelius, Jojo Adamitis (2) and Graydon Lewis all found the back of the net in the victory that seemed to set the tone for the rest of the Academy teams’ performances throughout the weekend.
U-16s win twice to remain perfect in League play
The U-16s continued their perfect start with a 3-2 home victory over Indiana Fire Academy on Saturday. In that contest, Jack DiMaria, Nate Null and Cooper Ludwig were all on the scoresheet. It was a quick turnaround for the boys, though, as they had to hit the road for their match in Grand Rapids, Michigan, against Midwest United the following day. Conor Meyers, Jack DiMaria and Jacksen McNeil each put one home to edge Midwest United, pushing the U-16s' record to 6-0-0 in league play this season.
U-17s hold scoring clinic in four-goal win
It was attacking galore for the U-17s in their 4-2 victory over Indiana Fire Academy on Saturday. Nick Schramm, Carson Locker, Jackson Delkus, Landon Weber and Omar Cilic to edge Indiana Fire.
UPSL bring home win in first spring match of the season
After having to wait a few more weeks than their Academy counterparts to get their season underway, the UPSL team made the most of their first match with a 3-1 road victory over Pumas Premier Futbol Club. Forward Nathan Ferguson showed out with two goals – including a strike off a penalty shot and forward Adam Reiniger contributed another to help secure the win.

The U-16s and UPSL teams will be back in action next weekend, with the U-16s facing off against local club St. Louis Scott Gallagher at Worldwide Technology Soccer Park and the UPSL squad taking on Allegiance FC at Creve Coeur Soccer Park.
