ST. LOUIS (March 24, 2024) - St Louis CITY2 picked up its first point of the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season, coming from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against North Texas SC. Tarik Scott put the visitors in front just before halftime after slotting home a rebound off an initial shot attempt, but defender Kyle Hiebert leveled the match with a header off a cross from defender Jayden Reid in the 82nd minute. In the penalty shootouts following the match, North Texas SC edged CITY2 9-8 to pick up the extra point.
